During this open studios event, meet the Goldmark artists, tour their art studios and workspaces, and enrich yourself by experiencing their original artwork, much of which will be available for purchase, just in time for your holiday gift shopping!
With over 130 different Goldmark artists working across the entire spectrum of the visual arts, there is sure to be something for everyone, whether you are interested in discovering local artists, keeping up with the latest in the North Texas art scene, or simply enjoying a weekend surrounded by great artwork, exhibitions, and artists.
Many of the Goldmark artists will also be conducting art demos and activities throughout the day, so on arrival, be sure to check the activity schedule for more detailed information. Open studios, art activities, live music, and exhibitions will be spread across all floors of the Cultural Center’s two buildings, so there will be plenty to see and do.
Pick up a stamp passport sheet on arrival and have it stamped by artists on both floors of both buildings to enter yourself into an art raffle!
“Ceramics on the Wall IV” will be on display in the central hallways of both floors of both buildings of the Goldmark Cultural Center. This annual exhibition of ceramics featuring works by dozens of local ceramic artists is juried this year by Barbara Frey, and the awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, 11/12, at 1pm in the front lobby of Building 13999.
