The Vancouver Visual Art Foundation has been hosting online Art Classes to foster fun creativity with people of all ages and skill levels.
Each month, we have invited talented artists from our incredible Art Vancouver alumni to teach their passion online.
TULIPS IN A VASE
Paint Tulips in a vase! Come create a beautiful Acrylic Tulip painting using vibrant colours. Lauren will teach you the techniques of mixing colour, layering paints and many more tips to enhance your painting. Step by step instruction. No experience required.

MATERIALS:
Students are expected to provide their own supplies in order to participate.
- Canvas: 1 x 12”x12” Slim Canvas
- Paints: 5 primary colour Acrylic paints + bonus colour. Mars Black, Titanium White, Primary yellow, Primary Blue, Primary Red, Hookers Green
- Brushes: Opus brushes: 1 x 3/4 brush (Round edge), 1 x No 8 brush (Pointed edge), 1 x 1/4 brush (Slanted edge), 1 x 2″ brush for varnishing
- Varnish: Any High Gloss Varnish
- 1 Roll Paper Towel
