Fine artist and curator Diana Moya is bringing the “International Collective: Spain” exhibition to Frisco Fine Art. The opening reception for this multicultural event, which features 30 Spanish artists, will be held Thursday, September 20, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The exhibit will be on display until Thursday, September 27.
A curator and sponsor of art exhibits around the world, Moya is no stranger to the arts in Frisco. She served as President of the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco, was invited to design logos for Frisco Square, and received the Art Starter leadership award from Frisco Arts. Her vivid interpretation of the famed Frisco water tower has been used to promote Frisco’s historic downtown and the Main Street Merchants Association. Her paintings are included in the collection of the Frisco Heritage Museum and hang in the City of Frisco Public Art Collection. Beyond Frisco, Moya served as President of the Texas Visual Arts Association for three years and is a permanent juror for the Dallas Business Council for the Arts.
