 New Works Final Offering May 15-20 Leslie has been performing and teaching improv, musical improv and sketch comedy for over 20 years. Comedy is her passion but she is classically trained in musical theater and loves performing in musicals and plays all around the DFW area. Along with stage, TV, film and commercials, Leslie also writes, directs and produces her own storytelling web series titled, Nighty Night with Miss B, a wacky, naughty and irreverent bedtime storytelling web series for adults. |
 Community Gallery Series Final Offering April 13-27 Victoria Ferrell-Ortiz is a multiethnic person, which informs the work she does from a place of intersectionality. She is a Barrio Historian of the Cemento Grande barrio of West Dallas, and Oak Cliff and co-founded RAYO Planning. She has served as a Co-Chair of the “Nuestro Oak Cliff ” Exhibit, producer of the “Nuestro Oak Cliff ” Documentary, and as an at-large commissioner on the Arts and Culture Advisory Commission for the City of Dallas.She is a cultural artist who has produced collage works, paintings, and Hecho a Mano cultural art. |
 New WorksFinal Offering July 24-29 Jennifer Mabus has a rich performance background, served on the dance faculties, founded the dance program at the University of St. Thomas, Houston, and has recently returned to Dallas to teach at Booker T Washington HSPVA. Jennifer has set work on companies, presented choreography at festivals and residencies, and has been commissioned to create work for the Miller Outdoor Theater and Zilka Hall at the Hobby Center by the Foundation for Modern Music and the Windsync ensemble. Mabus received her BFA in Dance from Southern Methodist University and her MFA from Sam Houston State University. |
 Community Gallery SeriesFinal Offering July 13-27 Brook-Lynne Clark is a Dallas-based artist creating performances and videos that draw inspiration from the movement and sounds of black culture in the south. Originally a studio trained dancer, she is focused on re-evaluating the artist-audience relationship and blurring lines between the and is invested in creating work that is only ever in and of the present moment. |
 New WorksFinal Offering Nov 27 – Dec 2 Alex Tha Great (Given Real Encouragement Amongst Turmoil) is an accomplished poet, speaker, author, workshop facilitator, event host, and budding actress. She is the co-founder and host of Random Xpressions, a monthly open mic venue space in Dallas. Her poems have been published in several journals, the author of three books, and her one woman show Passport to Womanhood was awarded Best One Woman Show by the Houston Fringe Festival and toured for 2 years. Her most gracious job is being mother to a vivacious 5-year-old little girl and lives by the motto: Whatever you do, let it be bold! |
 Community Gallery SeriesFinal Offering November 9-30 Beronica Gonzales is from San Antonio, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing & Painting with a Double minor in Art History and Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2021. Beronica lives in Denton, TX and is currently a part of Cohort 3 at The Cedars Union in Dallas, TX. |
