What is AdaFest?
AdaFest is a regional music, film, arts and cultural festival held annually in Ada, Oklahoma, drawing an audience of about 12,000. It is hosted by Happyland Music Alliance Foundation in cooperation with East Central University. AdaFest is FREE to the public because of generous donations from sponsors as well as the incalculable support of ECU and our many volunteers. When is Adafest?
The main festival, including vendors and music, runs from 11am – 10pm on Saturday, August 21, 2021. The accompanying film festival begins August 20.
What’s involved for artists & artisan vendors?
-You’ll be provided a 10×10 foot tent, already set up for you.
-You’ll be provided with Wi-Fi.
-Electricity is available to the first 16 applications which request it.

What is the registration fee, and how do I pay?
The registration fee is $50, payable by PayPal. See the link at the end of this form, and on our website: https://adafestoklahoma.org/artisan-booths/
