Interested in taking an online tour of the Dallas Art Fair? Join Jennifer Klos of Collector House for a fun and insightful chat from the comfort of your living room. Gain insights into this year’s online fair and navigate the online gallery viewing rooms from a selection of the 84 participating galleries. Learn how to refine your eye, ask questions, and determine your personal taste to start building a personal collection, on any budget. Klos is a Dallas-based art advisor, lecturer and independent curator. She is the founder of Collector House, a boutique art advisory firm that educates emerging to seasoned collectors on acquiring art through gallery visits, travel tours, and a YouTube video series. Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in History of Art and French from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s degree in the History of decorative arts, design, and culture from the Bard Graduate Center in New York. She holds degrees from the Inchbald School of Design, London and Christie’s Education, London. Serving for eight years as Curator at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, she has worked closely with artists on contemporary art exhibitions and acquisitions.

Simone Joseph, a native of Kansas City, MO, lives and works in New York City, and has spent over twenty years working in the international art business. Simone built degrees in Art History and English Literature at the University of Kansas, Lawrence, into leadership roles in the New York City gallery world. As director of several prominent art galleries, she produced scores of exhibitions, participated in multiple international art fairs and curated numerous independent projects. Simone founded SGJ Fine Art LLC, New York, in 2012, a professional art advisory service for new and established private collectors, foundations, museums and estates across the U.S. and abroad. Simone specializes in the acquisition and sale of Post-War and Contemporary art, as well as select curatorial projects. She tailors every collection towards the client’s individual interests, passions and goals. Simone is a member of New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA), ArtTable, a board member of the Bellevue Literary Review (BLR) and an accredited member of the Appraisers Association of America.

Temple Shipley advises collectors of contemporary art on acquisitions
and manages their strategic loans, museum gifts, insurance valuations,
and estate plans. She previously represented international artists as
director of galerie frank elbaz in Dallas and Paris. Shipley has
served on the curatorial teams at the Dallas Museum of Art, the Art
Institute of Chicago, the Graham Foundation in Chicago, the Frank
Lloyd Wright Trust in Chicago, and the Smart Museum at the University
of Chicago. Shipley earned her BA in Art History with Honors from the
University of Chicago and continued with coursework in the Arts
Management & Entrepreneurship program at Southern Methodist
University.

Anne Bruder Art (ABA) is a full-service, New York-based art advisory firm specializing in contemporary art with a focus on developing collections for new and established collectors. Anne has spent twelve years working in the New York art world. Prior to starting Anne Bruder Art, she was the Director of Worth Art Advisory, a highly-regarded advisory firm. Anne was previously a Director at Venus Over Manhattan and Associate Director at Sperone Westwater, internationally-renowned New York galleries. Anne currently serves on the Artists Council of the Whitney Museum of American Art and she is also a member of the New Art Dealers Association (NADA). Anne has a Masters in Modern Art from Columbia University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree with Honors in Art History. She also attended an accelerated business program at Columbia Business School. Although Anne has spent her adult life in the northeast, she maintains strong ties to her Texas roots and the Dallas art community. She lives in Greenwich Village with her husband, son, and  dachshund.

Terri Provencal is the founder, publisher, and editor-in-chief of PATRON Magazine, dedicated to the visual and performing arts in North Texas. She also serves as publisher and editor-in-chief of the annual Dallas Arts District Guide covering every art organization in the largest contiguous arts district in the United States. In addition to Patron, she has launched over a dozen other publications for Texas. She is passionate about all art disciplines, loves the Dallas Art Fair, and has collected art over the past three decades.
