Art Room is thrilled to present its 3rd Annual Small Works Show featuring compelling work from local, regional, and national artists. This annual juried exhibition displays an exciting range of entries in a variety of mediums, including traditional and experimental drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, and three-dimensional pieces, all small enough to hold in one’s hands. The show runs from November 14, 2019, to January 11, 2020.

Small works invite the viewer to inspect close up and appreciate an artist’s attention to delicate details, while also challenging the piece to stand up in composition and form from a distance. Although miniature in size, small works create an intimate viewing experience for the spectator and concentrated artistic style in tiny spaces. With over 80 works of art, the artists’ entries for this exhibition are curated in a salon-style hanging, collectively suspended together like pieces in a large community puzzle.
