Join the Dragon Street Galleries for Third Thursdays, a monthly casual art walk on the length of Dragon street with different businesses and galleries participating each month. This month, join Robert Lawrence Designs, Ferrari Gallery, Joel Cooner Gallery, Christopher Martin Gallery, Ginger Fox Gallery, The Lawley Art Group, Beaudry Gallery, Laura Rathe Fine Art, Stacie Hernandez Fine Art, Samuel Lynne Galleries, and CINQ Gallery for great art and a vibrant community from 5-8 PM in the Dallas Design District.
The event is free and open to the public.
Robert Lawrence Designs – 1607 Dragon St.
Since 2006, Robert-Lawrence Designs has been supplying the interior design community of Texas and surrounding states with high quality silk and dried floral arrangements, artificial plants and custom-made trees. Robert- Lawrence also offers a hand-picked line of accessories to complete your home’s look, no matter the style. In 2018, RLD began offering a rotating selection of contemporary art in various styles with the goal of providing a platform for fresh talent.
Ferrari Gallery – 1605 Dragon St.
Ferrari Gallery, located in the heart of the Dallas Design District, represents abstract metal sculptures by James Ferrari, “Maxterpieces” by painter, Max Jones and abstract & representational contemporary paintings by Debra Ferrari. The gallery is open to the public and provides art curation. In addition to the gallery, visitors have the opportunity to meet the artists first hand (James & Debra Ferrari) and see works in process in their studios located at 1605 Dragon Street.
Joel Cooner Gallery – 1601 Dragon St.
The Joel Cooner Gallery specializes in important Tribal, Asian, Oceanic, Pre-Columbian and Ancient artworks. We cater to the discerning collector and search the world for pieces with cultural significance and a distinctive presence.
Christopher Martin Gallery – 1533 Dragon St.
Founded almost 24 years ago in Dallas, Christopher Martin Gallery has created the perfect atmosphere to present the reverse glass paintings and the limited edition works of Aspen based, American Artist, Christopher H. Martin. In addition to the work of mid-career sculptors Jim Keller, Brandon Reese, Michael Sirvet, and Gregory Price. Presently the gallery is located in the Dallas Design District, 1533 Dragon Street, in a recently renovated 5,000 sq. ft. space. Additional Galleries are located in Aspen, Colorado; and most recently New York, NY. The gallery is directed by Natalie Crosby.
Ginger Fox Gallery – 1531 Dragon St.
Ginger Fox Gallery is a contemporary art gallery in Dallas Texas featuring paintings by Ginger Fox and select emerging and mid-career artists. In the spacious 5,000 square feet, the Dragon St. location accommodates a larger collection of artworks as well as a working studio for Ginger Fox. The gallery primarily features paintings by Ginger Fox, but also represents a select group of other local fine artists including Juli Price, Jennifer Lashbrook, and Brian Broadway. It continues to be a balanced, interactive, well-functioning team with Fox’s art and Humphrey’s business acumen.
The Lawley Art Group – 1507 Dragon St.
Tanner Lawley got his start in the Dallas art scene in 2006 working for Reflection Fine Art. We started as an art group in April of 2015 by introducing 12 new artists to the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex art market. We specialize in contemporary fine art, street art and modern art. We’ve hosted many amazing events in our beautiful gallery space since then.
Beaudry Gallery – 1425 Dragon St.
Beaudry is a 3500 square foot gallery in the heart of Design District. Mary Beaudry has owned and operated the business for 27 years. Offering picture framing services as well as white glove delivery and installation. There is always something exciting going on at Beaudry, from finding the newest hottest artist to helping designers complete their million-dollar projects. The Gallery shows abstract art as well as modern realism, showing cutting edge emerging artists to established veterans to help you build your art collection with high quality art.
Laura Rathe Fine Art – 1130 Dragon Street, Suite 130
With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, gallery owner, Laura Rathe, started her career working as a private art dealer before establishing Laura Rathe Fine Art (LRFA) in 1998 in Houston, Texas. LRFA now operates out of two locations in Houston and a third gallery in Dallas on Dragon Street, the city’s premiere arts district destination. Since the gallery’s inception, LRFA has established itself as a leading contemporary art venue, offering an impressive range of exhibitions and programming to its patrons in both cities.

Stacie Hernandez Fine Art, LLC is a contemporary Fine Art Gallery and Studio offering collectors, designers and art patrons a unique insight into Stacie’s vision and message, through a variety of medium. As an abstract expressionist, she strives to create the emotions associated with people and events. It is the memory, the feeling, the connection that drive her work in the selection of the medium, the nature of each piece, the colors and movement, textures and layers that comprise it. Samuel Lynne Galleries is an art destination in Dallas. It is the realization of the dream of artist JD Miller and entrepreneur Philip Romano, which came to fruition in 2008. The mission of this state-of-the-art, award-winning gallery is to represent a very select group of artists, each with a unique vision and message within the contemporary art world. The gallery presents annual exhibition programming, as well as conversations with collectors and professionals within the art world that develops and creates a new interaction within the community.
