Do you long for more wellbeing and creativity in your life? Do you want to play more, be more creative, express yourself and find more happiness through creativity? Do you want to find a group of likeminded, creative beings who are on a similar path as you? Do you want to learn more about self-love and self-care, self-empathy and being kinder to ourselves? If you said “yes!” to any of these questions, please come and join us on Thursday evenings in February 2019 for FREE Art Journaling for art therapy classes. Learn to feel happier throughout life through the power of your creativity by art journaling. You will learn the basics that will help you get your feelings out onto the page, let go of negative things you’re struggling with, meditate by getting “in the zone” through playing in your journal. I hope to inspire you through art journaling, the way it has helped heal me through play, creativity, adventure and learning. Can’t wait to share my passion, light, love and wisdom with you.
There IS a connection between well being and creativity.
